Feathers are inserted into the wall delineating the pattern of cinder block construction. Shadows cast by the feathers created a ghosted images of the bricks. This piece evokes the notion of permanence with the most emphemeral of materials. Installed for the MFA thesis exhibition at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 2011.
